Screeny's video recording capabilities are amazing. In fact, Screeny can record more frames per second than Apple's QuickTime. This app immediately saves down a lossless quality (highest quality available) version of your recorded video. You can then open your video in QuickTime to handle compression for the web, etc. Screeny even has an option to automatically open videos in QuickTime once you stop recording.
