From the developer:
Full Wi-Fi bars don’t explain a choppy call. Breakdown quietly watches the apps and network paths your Mac is actually using, then shows whether trouble starts with Wi-Fi/LAN, the ISP path, or the app. Because it is already monitoring, brief failures remain visible after they pass. Its issue history, timeline, and evidence reports show what happened and when, so you can take useful proof to your ISP, IT team, or app vendor.
You may want to check out more Mac applications, such as Eco Cast Assist, Merlin Project Express or HealthNut, which might be related to Breakdown.
