IPA Manager is a simple application that allows you to install and uninstall IPA Palette. It tries to notify Mac OS that a new Input Method has been added or modified, and it also tries to terminate any currently-running instances of the input method. If you are unable to activate/use the Palette immediately, restart the machine.
