Play MIDI notes using your computer keyboard. The tool displays a virtual keyboard on your screen, with the keys corresponding to the keys on your computer keyboard. The octave starting from middle C (note 60) is represented by the keys 'z' through ','. The row above these keys represents the flats (black keys), and the octave below starts with the key 'q' (with the digit row representing that octave's flats). Additionally, choose a MIDI source and observe incoming notes being played on the virtual keyboard.
