PublicSpace allows its users to quickly annotate files and folders, exchange files and messages, organize shared resources, find out what is going on in the shared workspace, and create central repositories, discussion groups, simple workflows, etc. PublicSpace provides small to medium sized groups using an AppleTalk network with a quick and easy way of setting up a group workspace. It is meant to ease and improve cooperation within these groups.
