3D User Picture is an easy-to-use application that replaces the user picture in Vista's startmenu with a pretty 3D animated one. This application, 3D User Picture requires a DirectX 9 capable graphicscard. 3D User Picture is compatible to Windows Vista and/or Windows 7.
