Downloading APRS-Go 1.0.0 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. This free tool was originally designed by APRS. The software is categorized as Office Tools.

From the developer:

This version adds bing(tm) query capability to APRS-Go. I believe bing query is a first for APRS, and perhaps for packet radio. A properly formatted APRS message sent to an APRS-Go station, from any other APRS station, will cause APRS-Go to perform an internet search and return information back to messaging station.
