Description
There was a download of AVRProjectIDE 1.109 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. AVRProjectIDE.exe is the default file name to indicate the AVRProjectIDE installer.
The most popular versions of the tool are 1.1 and 1.0. We cannot guarantee that the program is safe to download as it will be downloaded from the developer's website. Before launching the program, check it with any free antivirus software.
The actual developer of the free program is Circle of Current. This free PC program was developed to work on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or Windows 11 and can function on 32-bit systems. The program is categorized as Development Tools.

AVR Studio Beta is out and it's super awesome, go try it out. The file formats used by AVR Studio are different from AVR Studio (and older), and the AVR Studio related features inside AVR Project IDE are only relevant to AVR Studio and older.
This development environment is designed to provide an easy to use and lightweight editor that allows users to quickly program AVR microcontrollers.
You may want to check out more software, such as C++ Compiler, Sun Java Toolkit for CDC or MIDletPascal, which might be similar to AVRProjectIDE.
