The licence manager manages the usage of Antenna Magus floating licences (also commonly refereed to as LAN or network-locked licences).
The number of allocated seats determines how many individual machines may simultaneously check out licences via the network in order to use Antenna Magus Professional. Once an instance of Antenna Magus is terminated on a specific machine, the licence is freed and becomes available to be checked out.
