AttachmentManager 3.1 could be downloaded from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The most popular versions of the software 3.0 and 2.2.

The Attachment Manager product is a small add-in program for Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010. It is based on a patent-pending technology which can transparently detach email attachments and embedded images, and store them in a Cloud, such as Amazon's S3 or Microsoft's Azure service. Alternatively, the attachments could also be stored within an Enterprise behind a firewall, for example, on a network attached drive.
