Balabolka is a great text-to-speech conversion program. It has a very user-friendly interface and the Microsoft Anna voice sounds great. You can customize the parameters of the output track and process documents in various formats. It's also really convenient that you can type in the text for processing manually. Balabolka is a Text-To-Speech (TTS) program that can read the clipboard content, view the text from AZW, AZW3, CHM, DjVu, DOC, EPUB, FB2, HTML, LIT, MOBI, ODT, PRC, PDF and RTF files. You can also customize font and background colour, control reading from the system tray or by the global hotkeys.
