Description
Downloading BlackBerry JDE 7.1 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The program is categorized as Development Tools.
The default filenames for the program's installer are controlPanelIcon.exe, DesktopMgr.exe or RIMDeviceManager.exe etc. This free PC software is compatible with Windows XP/XP Professional/Vista/7/8/10/11 environment, 32-bit version. The following versions: 7.1, 7.0 and 6.0 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. The actual developer of the free program is Research In Motion. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus.

BlackBerry JDE is a Java application development tool for BlackBerry mobile phones. This program is no longer under active development. If you are new to BlackBerry Java development it is recommended that you use the BlackBerry Plug-in for Eclipse.
Applications built using the BlackBerry JDE are forward-compatible with newer BlackBerry Java OS versions, but they are not backward-compatible with older versions.
You may want to check out more software, such as BlackBerry JDE Component Package, BlackBerry Blend or BlackBerry Simulator 9981, which might be similar to BlackBerry JDE.
