A versatile command-line Windows utility that provides scripts with the ability to quickly and easily determine if a set of files exists in the default PATH (or any supplied PATH). This allows a script to verify that it has all essential files before proceeding. Similar to the WHERE.EXE utility from the old Windows Resource Kit (and now native with newer versions of Windows).
