CAD VCL
Downloading CAD VCL 14.1 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. CAD VCL is included in Photo & Graphics Tools. This tool was originally produced by Cadsofttools. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. The most popular versions among the program users are 14.1 and 12.0.

CAD VCL is a library for creating software in Delphi and C++Builder applications. With its help a developer can create, visualize, import, export, print drawings and also get access to properties of entities. CAD VCL supports a large number of 2D and 3D CAD formats including AutoCAD DWG (2.5 - 2018), DXF, HPGL, STP, STL, SVG, CGM and others. The library is provided in the Delphi source code.
