CLUT Creator is a utility which assists you in designing customized Colour Lookup Table, files for use with David Taylor's 'SatSignal' APT decoding software. These CLUT's allows you to create realistic colour composite images from Channels 2 and 4 APT images transmitted by the NOAA satellites.
