CRM Gadget 2 Go includes barcode scanner support, which enables for example service technicians to scan the material they use at customers site and have all information about the customer’s assets or replacement parts within a service request.
CRM Gadget 2 Go is an AIR application and as such it runs directly on your desktop. After the quick innitial setup of the CRM On Demand login data the tool is ready for use.
