Downloading Chaper 3.0 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. Chaper.exe is the default file name to indicate this program's installer. This software was originally created by VSC Software. The software belongs to Desktop Tools. The following versions: 3 and 3.0 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus.

Chaper is a modern wallpaper manager for Windows 2000/XP. The program supports JPG, PNG and BMP file formats and can switch wallpapers at specified time intervals, either in order or randomly. You can create, save and load image lists, or add a picture by dragging it to the program window.
