Downloading Char Menu 1.23 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available.
According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software. The program belongs to Education Tools. The following versions: 1.01 and 1.0 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. This program was originally created by Match Software.

Thousands of characters at the tip of your mouse.
Any font contains thousands of characters, easy to find and use with Char Menu. Click the little grey box in the corner of the screen or press Ctrl-Alt, and a window pops up with over 300 Unicode pages at your disposal to pick from, at a size sufficient to really see how they look.
Click on any character, and it is sent to the current application like if it was typed on the keyboard.
You may want to check out more software, such as PURE CSS Menu Maker, Sothink DHTML Menu Lite or Tidy Start Menu, which might be similar to Char Menu.
