There was a download of ChineeWinds 1.2 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The most popular versions among the program users are 1.5 and 1.2. This tool was originally developed by Kong Audio.
The default filename for the program's installer is ChineeWinds.exe. ChineeWinds belongs to Multimedia Tools. According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software.
