Combat Cars
There was a download of Combat Cars 1.0 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The program's installer is commonly called Fusion.exe. The actual developer of the free program is GameFabrique.

This is a racing game in which you not only compete with other cars, trying to outrun them, but also use all kinds of weapons and gadgets to damage your opponents. In the beginning of the game, you can choose one of the eight available characters. Each character has his/her own strengths and weaknesses (speed, car handling, etc.), as well as unique weapons.
