Description
The 1.2 version of CrossLink is available as a free download on our website. The following version: 1.2 was the most frequently downloaded one by the program users. CrossLink lies within Internet & Network Tools, more precisely Network Tools. This free tool was originally developed by Daniel Huson's Lab, Tuebingen University. The common filenames for the program's installer are CrossLink.exe, XL2003 Launcher.exe, XL2004 Launcher.exe, xlink32.exe or XlinkLogin.exe etc.

CrossLink is a versatile tool for the exploration of relationships between RNA sequences. After a parametrization phase, CrossLink uses the established tools BLAST, Vmatch and RNAhybrid to determine sequence relationships. Then, nucleotide sequences and their relationships are displayed as nodes and links of a network, respectively.
