From the developer:
Cursor Selector is a free, open-source Windows app for changing the mouse cursor.
Windows has seventeen cursor roles, and most cursor packs show you one arrow. Cursor Selector draws all seventeen from the real files, the animated ones moving, so you see the whole scheme before anything changes. One click applies it, with no restart and no sign-out, and one button puts your previous cursors back.
You may want to check out more software, such as Bet Selector, RealWorld Change Cursor or RealWorld Cursor Editor, which might be related to Cursor Selector.
