Description
Connect to various database objects, view information about them, including record length and format, as well as text description and at the same time monitor actual data. Search and replace pieces of text, create output files, and print the results.
DBU 9.0 was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. DBU.exe, eclipse.exe and javaw.exe are the most common filenames for this program's installer.

DBU offers an easy access to database objects for the IBM i5, iSeries or AS/400 and remote databases with a network connection to that system. When using DBU, the database object is presented in either 5250 display emulation (in 80 or 132 columns) or Graphical User Interface (DBU/GUI).
