I recently purchased a Sony DualShock 4 controller and was looking for a way to connect it to my PC. DS4Windows was the perfect solution. It's easy to setup and use, and provides all the features I need, including the ability to emulate the PlayStation 4 environment, create my own account, customize the settings, and assign macro commands to the controller's buttons. It's a great program and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to connect their DualShock 4 controller to their PC.
DS4Windows 3.2.15 is available as a free download on our software library. The actual developer of the free program is DS4Windows. DS4Windows.exe or Updater.exe are the default file names to indicate the DS4Windows installer.
Our built-in antivirus checked this download and rated it as virus free. The current installation package available for download occupies 4.1 MB on disk. The software lies within System Utilities, more precisely Device Assistants. DS4Windows can be installed on Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11 environment, 32-bit version. The most popular versions of the software are 2.1, 1.5 and 1.4.

DS4Windows emulates the Xbox 360 controller so that you can play Xbox games on a desktop PC using an Xbox 360 controller. It works by remapping the user’s gamepad into a new, virtual/emulated gamepad or by directly mapping the real gamepad to the user’s keyboard and mouse. This tool can also be used to interface Nintendo and PlayStation controllers.
