From the developer:
DigiTech invented the first looper in 1985, and now has reinvented loopers with the JamMan Solo, JamMan Stereo, and JamMan Delay. Now we've reinvented the way you organize and save your loops with the new JamManager Loop Librarian.
The JamManager syncs to your JamMan Solo, JamMan Stereo, and JamMan Delay to save, rename, and archive the loops you have created.

Hi Marty! Thx U For This Information. I've Been Trying To Get An Answer From There Support Team On The Crashing Issue It's Been Over 3 Months. They Sent Me An Email Stating That They Are Working On A Fix For The Software Crash. They Did NOT Answer my Question But You Did. WOW Thx U Again. Life Saver. It's An Amazing Pedal But Like I SAID There Support Team SUCKS! LMAO
Thank Marty,
That was the trick!!
I had a small issue getting this to work when I initially installed it. As soon as I connected my looper, it would crash. The root cause turned out to be the firmware update feature. The Digitech page that it needs is no longer there, so when it tries to access it, it crashes. The solution is - before you plug in your pedal - go to Edit->Preferences and in the Firmware Update block, select No so that the software does not check for a firmware update when you plug in your device (or ever). Problem solved, works great! It is the factory software. I had a copy on my old PC and had to download this when I upgraded.
Marty Ripper, Thanks for finding this! Couldn't work out what was going on... :)
