There was a download of EERC 2.0 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The actual developer of the free program is National Institute of Standards and Technology.
According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software. The most popular versions among the program users are 2.0 and 1.0. The software lies within Office Tools, more precisely Calculators. The latest version of EERC is supported on PCs running Windows XP/7/10/11, 32-bit.

The Energy Escalation Rate Calculator computes an average annual escalation rate for a specified time period, which can be used as an escalation rate for contract payments in Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC) and Utility Energy Services Contracts (UESC).
