ESP Test is a program that helps you to develop as well as test your psychic (precognitive) abilities. Like with most other skills you need to practice in order to develop these abilities. (If you don't already belong to the few people that have very well developed psychic skills.) Parapsychological research shows that most people start with very modest results, but after some hundreds of tries they usually gradually improve their scores.
