Hi - I'm hoping this will be answered. I love EGPro2002 - 5 stars! However, can't say the same for the Davis company - 0 stars. I purchased EasyGrapher 2004 but the software never came. No money was extracted from my bank so the money is not a problem. The problem is no one ever returned my calls, or my emails asking what happened to my product. I got a receipt and a confirmation number but no product. I currently have EasyGrapher 2002 so I just need an updated DMC floss table to contain all of the colors DMC offers, except of course the variegated ones. I'm also wondering if it is compatible with Windows 11. No one has answered me so far.
I have lost 300 design drawings using EG Pro 2000.
Judy symms, Hi, wow, I hate to hear that Judy. I have not had that misfortune but I'm using the 2002 version. Did you try an upgrade? I have not been able to upgrade as the company will not respond to my calls and emails. Hope you have better luck than me.
