From the developer:
Email Announcer brings several new features to Microsoft Outlook. With Email Announcer installed you never have to stop what you're doing to see what just popped into your inbox. Every time you receive a new email, reminder, task, meeting request, or read receipt a customizable announcement is spoken out by one of your favorite Microsoft Agent characters.
Another valuable feature of Email Announcer is read receipt notification.
You may want to check out more software, such as Best Bulk Email Software, Email Detail Archive or Yota Email Migrator Tool for Windows, which might be similar to Email Announcer.
