FinCalc
Description
There was a download of FinCalc 6.0.2 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. This program was originally designed by THG Software.
The following versions: 6.0 and 5.0 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. The program's installer is commonly called Fincalc.exe. The software is categorized as Business Tools. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus.
From the developer:
FINCALC is a Windows program designed to handle differing financial calculations related to investments and lending. The program acts like a loan calculator filling in missing terms and payment information. FINCALC will display and print loan amortization schedules considering four types of insurance, miscellaneous fees and charges, and real estate taxes. Calculations for retirement planning and investment annuities are possible.
You may want to check out more software, such as QuickBooks Premier: Multicurrency Edition, fBilling System or SSUPal, which might be similar to FinCalc.
