FlashPoints
Description
FlashPoints 2.0 was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The software is included in System Utilities.
The following versions: 2.0 and 1.1 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. This program was originally developed by DeliCAD.com. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. The program's installer is commonly called FlashPoints.exe.
From the developer:
FlashPoints is a tool for creating and managing points Groups (topographic points for example). With FlashPoints you can import or export points coordinates from and to a file and you can create points and their attributes "Number", "Elevation" and "Description" by just clicking. Also, with this tool you can modify the points elevation, the height and rotation of the attributes.
