Find a logical solution, view demonstrative flowcharts and develop automatic systems and robots. The tool provides 2D and 3D mimics to analyze control systems, instruction sequences, a number of parallel threads, decision making and branching, simple variables, infinite loops, etc.

The actual developer of the software is Keep I.T. Easy. The most popular versions of the program are 4.8, 4.1 and 3.2. The software relates to Photo & Graphics Tools.
From the developer:
Flowol 4 allows students of all ages to develop logical reasoning and problem solving talents, develop programming skills and explore the world of automatic, autonomous systems and robots.
Programming visually with a flowchart allows the student to focus on the logic of their solution rather than the syntax of a written program.
You may want to check out more software, such as The Panorama Factory, PhotoStudio or Alternate Pic View, which might be similar to Flowol.
