The program has changed and though I paid for the premium version, you can no longer access your library, and anything you've downloaded is gone as soon as you close the program. The voices are the same as the free version had, minus one stodgy British woman who was quite seriously the most entertaining and kept me focused. I was hoping by paying for it, I'd get to keep all of my chapters in the library as I had in the past. Buuut that's gone. It lost 2 stars because I had a better program when it was free, months back. So disappointed in the changes.
