Description
I recently tried out FreePCB and I'm very pleased with the results. It's a great tool for creating PCB designs quickly and easily. It has a wide range of templates to choose from, making it easy to manipulate footprint information. I also like the ability to browse libraries and perform basic alterations. The board size can go up to 60 inches by 60 inches and you can select either English or metric units. I found the import and export PADS-PCB netlists feature very useful. Overall, I'm very impressed with FreePCB and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great PCB design tool.
