Does not work for Optium Neo on Windows 11
Max N, ditto here for Version 2. Meter shows PC but software says meter not connected.
Version 1.2 connects OK with the meter but only registers the first data point since buying the meter. Meter log shows them all.
Yes, am using the cable that came with the meter, and tried connecting over USB2 and USB3.1.
Only other connection to my laptop is my Mouse, which I switched from the USB2 port to USB3, but that did not help.
Is there any other software to use for the meter other than Auto-Assist?
Does not 'see' neo monitor.
Will not work with Windows 10.
