The most popular versions among GeoPhyloBuilder users are 1.1 and 1.0. This free program is an intellectual property of NESCent. GeoPhyloBuilder_1-0.exe, GeoPhyloBuilder_1-1.exe and GeoPhyloBuilder_1-2.exe are the most frequent filenames for this program's installer.
From the developer:
Geophylobuilder is an extension for ArcGIS that builds a spatiotemporal phylogeographic GIS model from a tree and a set of geographical features. This version has a bug that results in branches crossing the -180/ 180 meridian (line of longitude).
It also does not implement line densification so branches do not curve when projected into different coordinate systems.
You may want to check out more software, such as GenealogyJ, Rhythm & Bio or Maxima and Minima, which might be similar to GeoPhyloBuilder.
