There was a download of Gwyddion 2.62 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. You can set up Gwyddion on Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11/XP Professional 32 and 64-bit.
The most popular versions among Gwyddion users are 2.5 and 2.2. The program relates to Education Tools. According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Gwyddion is a modular program for SPM (scanning probe microscopy) data visualization and analysis. Primarily it is intended for analysis of height fields obtained by scanning probe microscopy techniques (AFM, MFM, STM, SNOM/NSOM), however it can be generally used for any other height field and image analysis, for instance for analysis of profilometry data.
