Hi folks,
I couldn't get the Win 8.1 Handtek drivers to install because they were being blocked by the Microsoft compatibility checker. Once I turned this off in 8.1, the new driver installation proceeded and the Hantek scope worked fine. You can find the 'how to' in a Google Search. Good Luck!
