From the developer:

he HyperImage Editor allows digital images, texts and mixed-media documents to be linked with each other. The special feature of the Editor is its ability – using a series of simple mouse-clicks – to link any number of references between images, or any shape of area within an image with each other using hyperlinks.

You may want to check out more software, such as Win PDF Editor, Multi-Edit 2006 or Reezaa MP3 Tag Editor, which might be similar to HyperImage Editor.
