The ICS telecom installer is commonly called icstelx86.exe, icstel6.exe or icstel6d.exe etc. The most popular versions of the tool are 9.0, 8.0 and 3.0. This tool was originally designed by ATDI. ICS telecom works fine with 32-bit versions of Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus.
