IMOD 4.3.7 was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. This free software was originally designed by The Boulder Laboratory For 3-D Electron Microscopy of Cells.
The default filenames for the program's installer are iMod v3.exe or IMOD.exe etc. We cannot guarantee that the program is safe to download as it will be downloaded from the developer's website. Before launching the program, check it with any free antivirus software. The following versions: 4.3, 3.4 and 3.3 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users. IMOD relates to Photo & Graphics Tools.

IMOD is a set of image processing, modeling and display programs used for tomographic reconstruction and for 3D reconstruction of EM serial sections and optical sections. The package contains tools for assembling and aligning data within multiple types and sizes of image stacks, viewing 3-D data from any orientation, and modeling and display of the image files.
You may want to check out more software, such as EyeSpyFX Webcam, which might be similar to IMOD.
