The purpose of this tool is to enable the user to retrieve a list of computer hostnames, logon account names, MS IIS service status and/or determine use of non "LocalSystem" accounts (used to start services). This process is performed from and to online IP-based Microsoft Windows computers, and in many cases may require administrative privileges to perform some of the queries.
