IPWatcher 1.3 was available to download from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The program's installer is commonly called IPWatcher.exe. This program is an intellectual property of Gear Box Computers.

IP Watcher is a powerful software application that monitors your public and local IP address. If your Dynamic Public IP address changes it will send an email, or SMS Text Message to your mobile phone or device containing the new IP address. This email or Text Message alert also includes the computer name and time the change occurred. This is useful for computers that have dynamically assigned IP addresses, but need to be accessed remotely.
