There was a download of image cutter 1.43 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The default filenames for the program's installer are Cutter.exe, ImageCutter.exe or Image_Cutter.exe etc.

The GMap Image Cutter is an application designed to take any image or digital photo and cut it into tiles which are displayed on a Google Map. Using this tool, large images can be published on the web in a format that allows the user to pan and zoom using the standard Google Maps interface.
