Interlude
Downloading Interlude 2.3 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The following versions: 2.3 and 1.0 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users.

Interlude monitors the user's pc input behaviour and recommends pauses and work breaks at varying times depending on their use.
By following these simple steps and getting into the habit of pausing and stretching during use of the PC the likelihood of developing OOS symptoms can be greatly reduced and the employer will pass on a fair share of responsibility to employees.
