JPG/JPEG Photo Converter is a wonderful tool to convert many photo formats such as BMP, GIF, PNG, TIF, ICO, EXIF, WMF, EMF to JPG/JPEG file with some useful parameters changed. It resizes the original photo's width or height, and has a convenient proportional calculator to keep aspect ratio on a fly. It controls JPEG compression quality so as to change the photo file size.
