JPO
There was a download of JPO 0.9 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. JPO relates to Photo & Graphics Tools. The actual developer of the free program is Richard Eigenmann.
The most popular versions of the software 0.9 and 0.8. According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software. The default filename for the program's installer is Jpo.exe.

JPO is a program that helps you organise your digital pictures by putting them in collections. You can browse, reorganise and find your pictures in the collections. It doesn't mess with pictures on your disk; they stay where they are and how they are.
JPO can generate webpages for you and you can use it to tidy up your picture directories.
