I've been using jBook for a few weeks now and I have to say it's a great way to read books from the Project Gutenberg library. It's easy to search for books and the interface is intuitive and simple. I also love the ability to customize the appearance of the book I'm reading by tweaking the font, color, and background color parameters. The bookmarks feature is also very useful for quickly finding my place in a book. Highly recommended!

Downloading jbook 1.4 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The most popular version among the program users is 1.4.

According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software. The actual developer of the free program is Andy Oliver. The program belongs to Office Tools. The jbook installer is commonly called AppLoc.exe or jbook.exe etc.

From the developer:

JBook is a tool for reading electronic texts.

Project Gutenberg supplies a large number of free electronic texts. The JBook project lets users retrieve, read, and bookmark electronic texts, primarily from Project Gutenberg but eventually from other sources.

You may want to check out more software, such as GnuWin32: Sed, Gallery Constructor or COLLECTIBLES ORGANIZER DELUXE S, which might be similar to jbook.
