LCDC lies within System Utilities, more precisely Benchmark. The most popular versions among the software users are 1.7 and 1.0. LCDC is an application that displays information on your LCD or VFD screen. At present it is geared towards powering the Matrix Orbital products as these have some great features like GPO (General purpose outputs, that can be use to turn things on and off!) and Keypad connectivity.
You may want to check out more software, such as Mihov Blank Screen or WindowsMonitor, which might be similar to LCDC.
