Description
Downloading LastChance 1.03 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. LastChance is included in System Utilities.

The most popular version among the program users is 1.0. The default filename for the program's installer is lastchance.exe. This free program was originally produced by FileWare Limited.
From the developer:
A desktop utility that provides the facility to run programs when the machine is shutting down or when a resource becomes available. Once the user chooses Shutdown from the Start menu, LastChance will intercept the shutdown request and optionally run the configured programs, waiting for them to finish before continuing the shutdown procedure.
